Refund & cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for professional engagements described on this site. Because work is advisory and custom, eligibility depends on how far preparation or delivery has progressed.

Timeframe to request

Please request cancellations or refunds in writing to hello@content-willowpath.click within 7 days of the event that triggers the request (for example, a cancelled kickoff or a scope change we cannot fulfil).

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid is available if you cancel more than 10 business days before the scheduled kickoff and we have not yet begun file analysis or booked field visits. If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side and no suitable alternative date is agreed, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement.

Partial refund

If you cancel between 5 and 10 business days before kickoff, we may retain up to 30% of the agreed fee to cover scoping and scheduling already completed, and refund the remainder of amounts paid. After analysis has started, refunds are assessed against unfinished stages only.

Non-refundable items

• Completed written briefs and delivered session notes.
• Field days already conducted for shelf assessments.
• Third-party costs expressly approved by you in advance (for example, specialised print of large planograms), if any.

Deposits

Multi-store seasonal reviews may require a deposit to reserve calendar time. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposit balances follow the full or partial refund rules above.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 5 business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a reasonable administrative fee disclosed before confirmation.

No-shows

If a scheduled outlook session or clarification call is missed without 24 hours’ notice, that session is considered delivered for fee purposes. We will offer one courtesy rebooking when capacity allows.

Work already started

Once sales files are under analysis or a shelf walk has begun, fees for completed stages remain payable. We will itemise unfinished stages when calculating any partial refund.

Process and timing

Email hello@content-willowpath.click with your engagement reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days where the payment provider allows.
